Refund Policy

100% of your payment is refundable within 24 hours after your first coaching session (including that session).

After 24 hours of the first session but BEFORE our team start working on your content or web design, you can still cancel your registration in this program. You will be refunded the full amount less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated as 1/6 of your total payment, which is $800.

If you are not happy with the content or website we develop for you, you can request unlimited revisions of our work until you are fully satisfied.

My coaching programs are in very high demand and I will only take 20 clients for this program. In addition, a tremendous amount of research, usually 20 to 30+ hours, will need to be done by me at the early stage of the program. Our Payment and Refund Policy is set up so that only fully committed clients will be accepted into this program.
